Our Team

Belinda has a strong business sense and a diverse background in finance, operations, and education. She is a self-motivated and adaptive leader who has demonstrated her ability to handle a wide range of stakeholders. She is also a creative thinker who can make a significant contribution to problem-solving efforts. She is a team player with exceptional conflict resolution abilities.

She has worked as a teaching assistant in Special Education Needs and as the owner and manager of a restaurant. She graduated from the University of Northampton, with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies with Applied Social Care in 2021. Northampton College awarded her an Access to Higher Education diploma in Humanities and Social Science in 2014. Belinda also has experience with financial health management, qualitative and quantitative analysis, customer relations, and behaviour management.
