Gentile Care Service understands the domiciliary care industry and aims serves as a bridge between susceptibility and full self-sufficiency, ensuring that each Service User receives the best possible outcome for their individual circumstances.
Who is eligible?
We assist with and provide care for persons who have both visible and invisible disabilities aged between 18 to 65 years old. We will not ask for proof of suffering or capacity because we want to make sure everybody who require assistance can get it.
People who satisfy the conditions are eligible for our domiciliary care services:
Personal Care
From getting ready for bed, washing, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing, shaving and dressing. We are here to help you.
We understand that personal care is often one of the most sensitive subjects to approach when receiving care; therefore, we ensure all our care is given specific to an individual’s needs and preferences.
Medicine Administration
We are here to take the stress out of medication management and organising prescriptions.
We are only too happy to manage your or your family member’s medication and liaise with doctors and pharmacists to order more, or we can assist in prompting you to take your medication.
Meal Preparation
We help to prepare and eat (if required) meals that you not only enjoy, but that also help you keep healthy.
We can help with the following:
- Prepare a meal for you or your loved one and then feed it to you/them
- Help prepare a meal, working alongside you or your friend or relative
- Encourage eating
- Preparing meals in line with special dietary, cultural or religious requirements
Laundry
Our friendly team can undertake any laundry related tasks as part of our domestic cleaning support service within your home.
Our friendly team can undertake any laundry related tasks as part of our domestic cleaning support service within your home. Examples include; the stripping, washing, ironing and re making of beds, and or daily washing of towels and any personal clothing items.
Housekeeping
It does not matter if you or your loved ones need just a little extra helping hand, or if more extensive help around the house is needed.
With housework, we can identify a plan to help with the specific needs in question from extra help around the house with tasks that might have become more difficult, we can help you or your loved ones feel more in control of their environment.
Appointments
Adults may have difficulty remembering appointments and getting to them. We are there to accompany and help with more.
We will assist the service user in accompanying and organising their appointments. A visit to the dentist, a doctor? A legal appointment? Our carers at Gentile Care Services will help you manage their appointments.
